Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand their business and HR requirements to design, configure and deliver effective HR technology solutions.
  • Take charge of the methodology used in process analysis activities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HR business processes and technology ecosystem.
  • Coordinate the PA team effectively – assuring delivery of PA work and providing management reporting in line with expectations.
  • Assure the quality of process analysis activities to define business requirements at the level of accuracy recognized by the business, and degree of functional and technical specification required by the application engineering teams for successful development.
  • Find opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, leveraging technologies and standard methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure that value/benefits definition is captured effectively.
  • Ensure consideration of GxP/SOx/Data Privacy impacts.
  • Provide effective line management, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Serve as an HR Technology domain expert, providing guidance, training, and support to stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to HR Solutions initiatives, including requirement gathering, testing, user acceptance, and deployment.
  • Support change management activities to drive adoption and effective use of new HR solutions across the organization.
  • Stay updated on HR technology trends, including AI, automation, and self-service platforms, and recommend their application to enhance HR capabilities.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS analysis, HR systems implementation, or a similar HR solutions role.
  • Strong expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting major HR systems (must have Workday, Eightfold, ServiceNow HRSD).
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective HR technology solutions.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, core HR, performance management, and payroll.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and self-service platforms, and awareness of how these impact HR operations.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience supporting or leading HR technology projects from design through deployment.
  • Superb communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements relevant to HR (e.g., GDPR).
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global, or complex business environment is highly desirable.
  • Certifications related to HR technology or project management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, PMP, HRIS Vendor Certifications) are advantageous.
